Brampton Civic is a full-service community hospital providing emergency, inpatient and outpatient services for our community since 2007.
Welcome to leading-edge. Welcome to life-saving.
We have what it takes to treat the community’s most complex or seriously-ill patients, including a:
Critical care response team
Cardiac catheterization (stent) suite
Regional Chronic Kidney Disease program
Centre for Complex Diabetes Care
Expansive Mental Health and Addictions program, and
New Musculoskeletal (MSK) Program
If you have children, you’ve probably been here…each year, more than 5,000 babies are born here and more than 131,000 patients visit the emergency department, making it one of the busiest in Canada.
Free naturopathic care. Blood for stem cell transplants. Partnerships help us to go beyond.
At Brampton Civic, we know the sum can be greater than its parts. Examples? A partnership with the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) created the CCNM Brampton Naturopathic Teaching Clinic located at Brampton Civic, where area residents can receive naturopathic care at no cost. Brampton Civic and Canadian Blood Services have partnered to help build Canada’s first national public cord blood bank, offering new mothers the opportunity to donate her baby’s umbilical cord blood for stem cell treatments that may contribute to safe and effective medical treatments for the future. And there’s more.
Keep Brampton Civic on the leading edge.
Today Brampton Civic offers patients having a heart attack 24/7 access to Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (stent). A new clinic supports patients living with complex pain or life-limiting illness in their own homes. Seniors requiring something more than emergency care but less than several days in the hospital can find it in our short-stay unit. And these are just a few of the improvements that are benefitting you.
Your donations – and those of the entire community - are felt in every new program, service, renovation and equipment renewal at Brampton Civic resulting in improved access to the best patient care.
