In Memory/In Honour

Thank you for considering Osler Foundation’s greeting card as an expression of honour or sympathy to someone dear to you.  Whether you choose to send a card by post or by email, the person who receives it will open up a personalized message with both a fitting image and the comfort that kindness brings.

In Memory cards
Send a condolence card to express sympathy for the passing of a loved one and support a legacy of compassionate health care in our community.  Designate to a hospital and/or choose to benefit a specific Unit, Department or Program OR direct your gift to the area of greatest need – either way, we will notify the family of the deceased (gift amounts are never disclosed) of your kindness. In Honour cards
Birthday?  Thank-you?  Great care from a doctor or nurse?  Bar Mitzvah?  Anniversary?  Wedding?  Whatever the celebration, we will send a cheerful card on your behalf.  (Gift amount remains confidential between the Foundation and the sender.) Click here for your card.

In Memory and In Honour cards are always available at Foundation Offices at Brampton Civic Hospital and Etobicoke General Hospital. Visit us there or give us a call as we can also take care of getting a card sent out for you over the phone.
