William Osler Health Centre Foundation William Osler Health Centre Foundation is a registered charity devoted to raising funds for William Osler Health Centre. Since our official inception in May 2002, the Foundation has been dedicated to supporting William Osler Health Centre’s desire to build the strongest community health care centre in the province. Our role is to provide William Osler Health Centre with the resources to expand clinical programs and enhance patient care. Whether it’s upgrading medical equipment or meeting construction demands on site of a new building, the Foundation works to assist the Health Centre in their vision to provide effective and compassionate care that meets or exceeds the health care needs of our community. We work with a volunteer Board of Directors to build relationships and life-long support of the Health Centre. Through initiatives such as our Ambassador Program and our Here for you… caring for you Campaign Cabinet, we strive to involve leaders from our community’s corporations, service groups and citizens in our endeavor toward community health care excellence. It is the generosity of our donors that allow us to fund
better equipment, services and learning. We are not alone in our pursuit
of the highest caliber health care right here at home. Our community
is with us every step of the way, and for that we are grateful.
